DPD

When your order is dispatched by us, you will receive 1 automated email from BE Uniforms, then more automated emails from DPD to keep you up to date of the progress of the delivery. If you have not received your package within 3 days of receiving the dispatch confirmation email from BE Uniforms, please get in touch with us to trace the package with DPD. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to refund you for your lost goods, as per DPD's terms & conditions.

It is the customer's responsibilty to ensure that their email address has been entered correctly to ensure that all communications regarding their order are delivered successfully. It is also the customer's responsibilty to ensure that these essential messages are not being delivered to their junk/spam folders; in general, if you received your order confirmation email(s) succesfully you should receive all subsequent communications from us successfully. We cannot be held responsible for any email we send being redirected to your spam/junk folders, so please check them periodically.

We recommend that all customers download and use the DPD app to receive notifications about their deliveries, set up redeliveries, safe spaces, etc.

All orders received for embroidered garments are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the logo(s) as required.

We aim to deliver all home delivery orders to UK mainland addresses within 14 to 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your order. We aim to ship orders for non-embroidered items within a couple of days depending on stock levels.

Items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your order may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. Sportswear and branded items may take longer depending on stock availability. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

Once processed, all online orders are be sent out on a tracked delivery service. You will receive notifications from selected courier once shipped.

Click & Collect

We're now offering FREE Click & Collect in 11 locations. Place your order online then opt at checkout to collect from one of our stores, free of charge.

Normal lead times as shown above for online orders still apply. Once processed and ready to dispatch, your order will be moved via our van to your local store. You will then receive an email from us when your order has arrived in store and is ready for you to collect.

We reserve the right to archive an order that has been available to collect from your designated collection point for more than 14 days.


International Shipping

Please make sure you select the correct shipping country and post code at the checkout. You may need to contact us first before proceeding.

Our international shipping is based on a a parcel of 5kg. If your order exceeds this, or the cost of shipping is more than suggested, we may be in touch for an extra payment towards your shipping charges.

We do not pay for custom fees or taxes so if you are ordering items to a destination where fee's may apply, please expect to pay the relevent charges on import. We will not refund any goods that are returned to us if customs charges are not paid.
