Where can I view my balance?

  1. After signing in to your account, click 'My Account' at the top right of the screen. In the account navigation screen click 'Store Credit & Refunds' and this will show your current balance and all related transactions

What can I use my balance to shop for?

  1. You can use the credit balance to purchase anything on border-embroideries.co.uk

Is there a time frame the balance must be used by?

  1. No. The balance will remain on your account until you decide to use it
  2. While we suggest it is used as a means to save all year for your large "new school year" order, this is merely a suggestion and doesn't indicate an expiry date

Will I still qualify for your promotions?

  1. Yes! Using the credit balance as your payment method will not disqualify you from promotions

Can I alter/cancel my subscription?

  1. You are free to change and/or cancel your subscription at any time
  2. It is also possible to reactivate a cancelled subscription if done within a few days of the cancellation

Are there any maintenance fees for the funds I save with BE Uniforms?

  1. BE Uniforms will not charge you any maintenance fees for your store credit balance if all funds are used to purchase items on border-embroideries.co.uk

How do I get a refund?

  1. Requests for refunds have to be sent in via email to [email protected]. There will be a 5% charge for processing the refund to cover costs, and if you have already received a free gift as part of this promotion, we will also recoup the cost of this gift
