This page explains delivery costs, dispatch times, courier updates and customer responsibilities for online orders placed with BE Uniforms.
Delivery Updates: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive one email from BE Uniforms, followed by tracking updates from your selected courier. If your order has not arrived within 3 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can trace it with your selected courier. If this is not reported within this timeframe, we may be unable to refund lost items in line with courier terms.
Delivery, Tracking & Customer Responsibilities
All tracked delivery updates are sent to the email address used when placing your order. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly so you can receive dispatch and tracking notifications.
- Check your email address carefully before completing your order.
- Check your junk or spam folder for order updates and courier notifications.
- If you received your order confirmation, you should receive all further emails.
- We are not responsible for emails going into spam or junk folders.

How Schoolwear & Teamwear Orders Work
Delivery times depend on whether your order contains plain stock items, embroidered made-to-order products, or supplier-led items.
- Embroidered items are made to order.
- Orders for plain items only will be dispatched quicker.
- Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels where required.
- Stock levels and supplier availability can affect dispatch times.
Important: All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery delays may occasionally affect sportswear, branded items or supplier-led products. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

- Order online through the website.
- Select Click & Collect at checkout.
- Wait for an email confirming your order is ready.
Please note: Orders must be collected within 14 days of the collection email, otherwise they may be archived.
International Shipping Information
International shipping is available for selected orders. Please make sure you choose the correct country and postcode at checkout.
- Shipping prices are based on parcels up to 5kg.
- Additional charges may apply for heavier parcels.
- You are responsible for customs fees, duties and taxes.
- We do not refund items returned due to unpaid customs charges.
