Shopping Terms

As with all legal terms and conditions, these can sound a bit formal. However, they are standard and designed to make your shopping experience as easy and secure as possible.

These terms apply to the use of the Border Embroideries website. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions. Please note these may change at any time, so it is your responsibility to check them before ordering.

Your Responsibilities

• All information provided must be accurate and up to date
  
• You must have permission to use the payment method
  
• You are responsible for keeping your account details secure
  

Any fraudulent activity or false orders will be prosecuted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

Pricing

All prices include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.

Prices and availability may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if necessary.

Payment

If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

Ordering & Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

The contract is only complete once the goods are delivered. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Liability

We are not liable for loss of profits, business, or indirect damages.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

Embroidery Terms

• Payment required upfront or within 14 days for approved accounts
  
• Late payments charged at 2% per month
  
• Goods cannot be dispatched if accounts are overdue
  
• Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 working days
  
• Custom items cannot be returned if ordered incorrectly
  
• All designs remain property of Border Embroideries Ltd
  
• Goods remain property of Border Embroideries until paid in full
  

We cannot guarantee exact colour matches due to manufacturer variations.
