Our Services

Direct to School (Bulk Ordering)

The most cost-effective way of ordering. Place an order directly with us to qualify for our cheapest prices. Send over your order via email, we will process it then deliver it to the school via courier, which is free on orders over £75. We can also offer a self-service online portal for schools to order direct.

    Accessible to your parents all year round, we’ll create an online shop on our website, just for your school’s uniform. Online orders are shipped direct to parent’s home for a small charge, or they can opt to collect their order for free from their nearest BE Uniforms hub. Home delivery is free on orders over £75. This service takes all admin and hassle away from the school office – we do all the hard work for you.

In-Store

Opt to stock your school’s uniform in your nearest BE Hub for parents to purchase in-store. This allows them to try on uniform with their children before buying, and receive a face to face service from our experts. We will hold stock of your uniform all year round for parents to purchase.

  • Order Hub

    This is a modern take on the old school order form – and it’s designed so parents at your school save money, at roughly 30% less than web prices. Packaged by pupil order and by class, ready to hand out with ease. By placing orders through the order hub, we can combine them into one efficient production run, which is far more cost-effective than producing items individually via our retail site. That’s why prices here are significantly lower. With fewer overheads and free delivery back to your organisation, you get better value without worrying about postage or minimum spend.

  • Portals

    Your online portal allows you to log in to your school’s B2B account and place your order for pupils and staff uniform. This platform allows you to view all past & ongoing orders, track order progress and see your school’s garments & logos with free delivery on orders over £75.
